Balancing my daily responsibilities and health needs, I'm keen to find a yoga instructor in Belgaum. I'm a male, above 50 years old, and looking for someone to teach me at my home, though I am open to online classes and willing to travel. My purpose is to use yoga as a remedy for body pains, to achieve stress relief, and to improve immunity. I'm not sure about the preferred yoga style. I plan to start immediately.
