Developing a strong foundation in mindfulness for my young child is a priority as we explore healthy ways to manage stress. I am searching for an experienced instructor to conduct Raja Yoga sessions for a 2 to 5 years-old male student through online classes. Given his age, the sessions should be engaging and age-appropriate to help him build calmness and focus. We are based in Neginhal, Belgaum and plan to start within a month. It is important to us that the instructor provides a certification of completion at the end of the course to track his progress.
