As a male student aged between 14 and 21 years old, I am currently searching for an experienced instructor to conduct online classes in Ashtanga Yoga. My primary goal is to achieve effective weight loss through consistent and guided practice. Since I am based in Manthrapuri Colony Koukonda Warangal, I prefer the flexibility of remote sessions that fit into my schedule starting within a month. A certification of completion at the end of the course is a mandatory requirement for me to track my progress.
