Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking to start Yoga classes immediately in Vizag, Visakhapatnam. I'm a female in the 22-50 years old age group. My purpose for taking Yoga classes includes a remedy for body pains, improving immunity, better flexibility, general fitness, weight loss, stress relief, increased energy, and potentially delving into Yoga Philosophy/ Yoga Sutra studies. I'm currently not sure about which Yoga Style is best for me. I am open to having the classes at my home or I am willing to travel .
