Being a female student above 50 years of age, I am currently seeking a professional who can guide me in improving immunity and providing remedies for body pains. I am flexible regarding the specific yoga style and am open to suggestions from an experienced trainer. Since I reside in Gajuwaka Chaitanya Nagar, Visakhapatnam, I am comfortable with classes at my home or am willing to travel to a nearby studio if required.
