I am looking for an experienced and patient yoga instructor to provide private sessions for me at my home located on Waltair Main Road, Visakhapatnam. As a male student aged above 50 years, my primary goal is to improve my general fitness through consistent practice. I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, so I would appreciate a tutor who can guide me and create a routine that is safe and effective for my age group. I am highly motivated and plan to start yoga classes immediately.
