I am seeking a professional instructor to conduct online classes focused on Ashtanga Yoga specifically tailored for this young age group. The primary goal of these sessions is to support his physical development and aid in weight loss through age-appropriate movements. Since we are based in Kothaparadesipalem, Visakhapatnam, the convenience of digital sessions is ideal. It is important that the instructor provides a certification of completion at the end of the program.
