I am looking for a Kriya Yoga instructor in Patamata, Vijayawada to provide lessons at my home or through online classes. My main objective is to learn Kriya Yoga as a remedy for body pains and to eventually become a certified yoga instructor. I am a male in the 22 to 50 age group and I would like to begin these sessions within the next month. I am specifically interested in a teacher who can guide me through the techniques of Kriya Yoga while helping me work toward my certification goals.
