Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness for my son is a top priority. He falls in the 5 to 13 years old age group and is eager to start learning Ashtanga Yoga for general fitness. Since we are located in Mudinampattu, Vellore, we prefer online classes to ensure consistent practice. My goal is to find a dedicated instructor who can provide guidance for this age group and eventually support his journey toward becoming a certified yoga instructor. We are ready to begin immediately and would appreciate finding someone experienced in working with younger students.
