I am looking for a yoga tutor in Gotri, Vadodara for personalized sessions. As a male over 50 years of age, my primary objective is to improve my overall body flexibility. I am currently exploring different options to begin my yoga practice and have not yet decided on a specific style. I am flexible regarding the mode of training as I am willing to travel to a tutor's location, though I am also open to sessions at my own home.
