I am looking for a yoga tutor for general fitness at home in Atladara, Vadodara. I am a female student aged above 50 years and I am seeking guidance to help me stay healthy and active. Although I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I would like to begin sessions immediately with a professional who understands the needs of my age group. My preference is for the classes to be held at my home. I am open to suggestions regarding the best approach to improve my overall fitness through regular practice.
