Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness is essential for my son, who is between 5 and 13 years old. We are searching for an expert instructor in Ellora Park, Vadodara, to guide him through Yoga Meditation and Ashtanga Yoga practices. Our primary goal is to help him achieve increased energy levels and better flexibility while also gaining insights into Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Sutra Studies. As we plan to start these sessions immediately, we are flexible regarding the location; we are happy to host the sessions at our home or travel to a nearby studio if required.
