Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking to begin Yoga classes at my home in Diwalipura Sukrutinagar, Vadodara, focusing on Kundalini, Iyengar, and Ashtanga Yoga. My goal is to improve immunity, increase energy levels, and achieve better flexibility. I'm above 50 years old and would prefer a female instructor. I am also willing to travel.
