Seeking Experienced Yoga Instructor for Home Classes in Laxmipura Vadodara

Yoga Trainers Vacancy

I am currently looking for an experienced and patient yoga instructor to provide private training sessions at my home in Laxmipura, Vadodara. As a female student above 50 years old, I am seeking a practitioner who can help me achieve increased energy, better flexibility, and weight loss, while also providing a remedy for my body pains. I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet and would appreciate a professional who can assess my needs and suggest the best approach for my age group. Since I am just beginning to look at my options, I am flexible regarding the plan to start yoga classes. If you are a certified yoga teacher with expertise in restorative or therapeutic yoga, please contact me to discuss your availability and teaching methods.
