Developing a strong foundation in Hindustani flute music is the current goal for my child who falls in the 10 yrs to 15 yrs age group. We are based in Tarsali, Vadodara and are specifically exploring online classes to learn this traditional instrument. Although we already have a flute ready for practice, we are currently at the stage of evaluating different options and instructors before committing to a fixed schedule. Finding a patient mentor who can guide a young learner through the basics of Indian classical wind music is very important to us.
