Developing a deep understanding of Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Sutra Studies is my primary goal as I explore new paths for personal growth. I am a male student in the 22 to 50 age group residing near Chhani Jakatnaka, Vadodara, and I am currently researching my options for professional instruction. My preference is to find a trainer who can offer guidance through my home, or I am fully willing to travel to a dedicated space. I am also open to online classes if that better suits your teaching method. I am particularly interested in learning Bikram Yoga, Patanjali Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Power Yoga, and Kriya Yoga alongside the theoretical studies.
