Developing a strong foundation in physical health and flexibility is my top priority for my 2 to 5 year old son. As we are based in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, I am searching for online classes to help him practice Power Yoga as a remedy for body pains. Since my son is very young, I am looking for an instructor who has expertise in teaching yoga to toddlers. It is important that the sessions are engaging and safe. I plan to start these yoga classes immediately and would appreciate a certification of completion once the training is finished.
