I am looking for an online tutor to help me learn Japanese at the N4 (Elementary Level). I'm a working professional and planning to start Japanese language classes immediately because I will be migrating to Japan. The class location needs to be online via video chat on Skype or Google Hangout, since I am located in Khor Fakkan, United Arab Emirates.
