I'm looking for a tutor to help me learn C Language online. I need someone who can start immediately and is comfortable teaching via video chat on Skype or Google Hangout. Since I'm located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, I need someone who can work with the time difference. I am looking for online classes, so location of the tutor is not important.
