Developing a strong foundation in physical fitness and mental wellness for my son is a top priority. As a boy in the 5 to 13 years old age group, he is very interested in starting Kriya Yoga sessions to focus on weight loss goals. We are currently based in Ramayan Nagar, Ulhasnagar but specifically prefer online classes to manage our schedule efficiently. It is important that the instructor provides training that leads to a certification, as I wish for him to become a certified yoga instructor in the future.
