Since we are based in Sambhaji Chowk, Ulhasnagar, I am specifically searching for online classes that can provide high quality instruction. The main purpose for these sessions is achieving increased energy levels through consistent practice. Because I wish to be a certified yoga instructor eventually, finding a tutor who can guide a student through the certification process is a priority for me.
