I am looking for a dedicated and experienced instructor to conduct Patanjali Yoga online classes for me. My primary goal is to find an effective remedy for body pains that I have been experiencing. I am a male student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old and I am interested in deep learning of this traditional practice. Since I am located in Parsvnath City, Ujjain, I prefer online sessions to maintain consistency in my routine. It is mandatory for the tutor to provide a certification of completion at the end of the course. I am planning to start these yoga classes immediately and hope to find someone who can guide me through the postures and breathing techniques.
