Developing a strong foundation in Kundalini Yoga for my young son is currently a priority for our family. My male child is between 5 and 13 years old and we are specifically searching for an expert who can conduct online classes. The primary focus of these sessions will be to improve his overall immunity through yoga practice. Since he is aiming for a formal qualification, it is essential that the instructor provides training that leads to a certification. Although we reside in Kirti Nagar, Ujjain, we prefer the convenience of virtual sessions.
