Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a yoga instructor to conduct classes at my home in Madhav Nagar, Ujjain. I am a female in the 22-50 years old age group, and my goals are general fitness and weight loss. I am not sure about the yoga style so I'm open to suggestions.
