Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking to find a yoga instructor for classes at my home in Thrissur East, Thrissur. I am a female in the above 50 years age group. My goals for yoga are stress relief, better flexibility, weight loss, improved immunity, and general fitness.
