Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness for my 2 to 5 year old son is my top priority. I am searching for a patient and experienced instructor to conduct Ashtanga Yoga sessions focused on stress relief and healthy movement. Given our location in Thrissur, Kerala 680309, I am flexible with the delivery method and am happy to attend classes at my home, travel to your studio, or participate in online classes. My schedule allows for training to begin immediately. Finding the right mentor who understands how to engage such young children through yoga is essential for this journey.
