Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness for my 2 to 5 year old son is my current priority. He requires an instructor to teach Ashtanga Yoga to help with stress relief and overall development. I am flexible with the learning environment and am open to lessons at my home in Thrissur, traveling to a studio, or joining online classes depending on what works best for his age group. Since I am keen to begin this fitness journey immediately, I am looking for a patient and experienced professional who understands how to engage very young children effectively.
