Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for online Thai Yoga classes focused on stress relief. My son is 2-5 years old and would benefit from a gentle introduction to yoga. We are based in Karamana Melarannoor, Thiruvananthapuram, so online classes are ideal. It's also important that the instructor provides a certification of completion for the course.
