He is currently in the 5 to 13 years old age group and could really benefit from professional guidance to improve his immunity, increase energy levels, and manage stress through yoga. Since he is a young learner, I am specifically looking for a patient instructor to conduct sessions at my home in Kasarvadavali, Thane. Although I am not sure about the specific yoga style yet, I trust a qualified teacher to suggest the best approach for a child.
