I'm looking for a yoga instructor to help me improve my flexibility. I live in Ghodbunder road, Thane and would prefer classes either at My Home or Online (video chat via skype, google hangout etc). I'm not sure about the Preferred Yoga Style, so I'm open to suggestions. My goal is to achieve Better flexibility through yoga. I am a Female student in the Age group of Student: 14- 21 years old.
