To enhance my overall learning experience, I am looking for a yoga instructor to teach me at my home in Thane West Hiranandani Estate, Thane. I am a female above 50 years old and want to start yoga classes immediately. I am not sure about the yoga style, but my purpose is for general fitness. I am also willing to travel to the instructor.
