I'm looking for a yoga instructor to conduct yoga classes at My Home in Kasarvadavali, Thane. I'm a Female in the 22-50 years old age group. My purpose for taking yoga classes includes General Fitness, achieving Better flexibility, finding a Remedy for Body pains, and Weight loss. I'm currently Not Sure about the Preferred Yoga Style, so I'm open to suggestions. I plan to start Yoga Classes Immediately.
