I am looking for a dedicated and patient yoga instructor to provide private coaching at my home in Vartak Nagar, Thane. As a female student in the age group of above 50 years, I am specifically looking for a professional who can guide me through a session focused on general fitness, providing a remedy for body pains, increasing energy levels, and stress relief. I am not sure about the preferred yoga style yet and would appreciate an expert who can recommend what would suit my physical needs best.
