I'm looking for a qualified tutor to help me learn Tamil. I want to learn to Read and Write and would like to start Tamil Language classes Within a month. I prefer Online sessions (video chat via skype, google hangout etc). I am based in Bhayander East, Thane. I don't have a strong preference for the language of instruction apart from english.
