To build confidence in my physical health and overall well-being, I am interested in starting regular yoga sessions within the next month. As a male student aged above 50 years, my primary goal is achieving general fitness through guided practice. I am currently not sure about a specific yoga style and would appreciate an instructor who can guide me in choosing the right path for my age group. I prefer the sessions to be conducted at my home located at Bhimrad Althan Rd Apcha Nagar Surat. Finding a patient and experienced professional is important to me as I begin this journey.
