I am looking for a professional and experienced yoga teacher in Zakoora, Srinagar to help me master Ashtanga Yoga. My primary goal is to improve my immunity and overall physical well-being through dedicated practice. As I am in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I need a tutor who can provide tailored guidance for my needs. It is essential that the instructor provides certification, as I wish to become a certified yoga instructor myself in the future. I am flexible with the learning format and am open to my home, travelling to the tutor, or even participating in online classes. I am planning to start these sessions within a month.
