Developing a strong foundation in Ashtanga Yoga has become my primary goal as I reside in Brein, Srinagar. I am searching for an experienced mentor who provides online classes specifically for a young student aged 2 to 5 years old. The main focus of these sessions will be to improve immunity through structured practice. Because I wish to eventually become a certified yoga instructor, I need a tutor who is well-versed in professional training standards and can guide me through the certification requirements. I am ready to start immediately and prefer an instructor who can adapt traditional poses for a developing child.
