I am looking for a dedicated tutor to help me improve my communication skills through basic spoken English classes. Since I am currently based in Kegalle, Sri Lanka, I am specifically looking for online classes that can be conducted on a one on one or private tutions basis. It is very important to me that the instructor is comfortable explaining concepts using Tamil to English instruction to ensure I grasp the basics effectively.
