I'm looking for an online Tamil language tutor to help me learn to read and write. I want to start Tamil Language classes immediately. The Class Location should be online, using video chat platforms like Skype or Google Hangout. I'm based in Kandy, Sri Lanka. I don't have a preference for the language of instruction apart from English. My Expected outcome is to learn to read and write Tamil.
