I am looking for an instructor to provide online classes in Folk Dance specifically tailored for a student in the 16 to 25 age group. Since my goal is to improve my overall fitness, I would appreciate a routine that is both engaging and effective. I am based in Kandy, Sri Lanka, and would like to start this training immediately.
