I'm looking for a qualified Turkish language tutor to help me improve my reading skills. I need someone for online classes, using video chat via Skype or Google Hangout. The class location is Jaffna, Sri Lanka. I'm hoping to start immediately. While English instruction is fine, I don't need the lessons in any other language.
