Developing a strong foundation in visual art, I'm keen to find an online tutor to introduce my child to the basics of photography. My child is in the 2-5 years-old age group, and we're looking for online classes. We are located in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. It's important for us that the tutor provides a certification upon completion of the course. We're planning to start the photography classes within a month.
