Developing a strong foundation in Prenatal Yoga is my primary focus as I pursue my goal to become a certified yoga instructor. Although I am a male student between the age group of 14- 21 years old, I am specifically interested in learning the Pregnancy or Prenatal Yoga style to address my interest in body pains as a physical remedy. I am currently based in Uttar Ballavpur, South 24 Parganas and prefer to attend online classes to accommodate my training. My plan is to start these sessions within a month to ensure I stay on track with my certification goals.
