Developing a strong foundation in Ashtanga Yoga is my primary objective as I prepare to become a certified yoga instructor. I am based in Vijay Nagar, Sonipat and prefer to attend online classes to match my schedule. My main goal for this practice is achieving increased energy levels. Although the student is a 2-5 years-old male, the primary focus of these sessions is my professional development and certification journey. I plan to start my training within a month and would appreciate guidance from an experienced instructor who can help me master the techniques required for certification.
