My primary goal is to focus on better flexibility through structured Ashtanga Yoga sessions. As I am based in Umedpura, Sirsa, I am strictly looking for online classes that can provide a quality learning experience from home. It is important to me that the teacher provides a certification of completion at the end of the course.
