I am a female student in the age group of 14 to 21 years old searching for a dedicated yoga instructor to help me with general fitness. Since I am quite new to this practice, I am not sure about the specific style of yoga yet and would appreciate guidance in choosing the right path. I am based in Champasari, Siliguri, and I am comfortable with either having sessions at my home or traveling to a nearby location for classes.
