My goal is to find someone who can teach them the nuances of authentic Mughlai cuisine through online classes. Since we are based in Jabri, Shimla, a remote learning setup is the most convenient option for our family. I am hoping to start these sessions within a month to help them pick up some valuable kitchen skills early on.
