I'm looking for a skilled and patient makeup instructor for online classes. I need someone who can teach makeup to kids in the age group of 5-13 years-old. I'm hoping to start the Makeup Classes within a month. The Class Location should be Online using video chat platforms like Skype or Google Hangout. I am based in Lower Bazar, Shimla.
