Developing a strong foundation in mindfulness and physical health for my male child, who is between 5 and 13 years old, is a priority for me. We are currently based in Malog, Shimla, and are keen to find an instructor to help him learn Iyengar Yoga through online classes. The primary purpose of these sessions is stress relief, as he seeks to find balance and relaxation. Since he has a long-term goal of becoming a certified yoga instructor, we are looking for a mentor who can guide him toward that certification process. We plan to start these lessons within a month and would appreciate working with someone experienced in teaching this specific style to children.
