Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I am looking for a qualified yoga instructor in Satara, near Malhar Peth Shaniwar Peth. I'm a female student above 50 years old. I’m interested in learning Ashtanga Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Bikram Yoga. My goal is to improve immunity, achieve general fitness, and gain better flexibility.
