Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness for my son is a top priority right now. He is a young boy between 5 and 13 years old, and I am keen to find an instructor to help him learn Yoga Meditation, Raja Yoga, and Patanjali Yoga from scratch. Our main objective is to improve his overall immunity and general fitness levels. Since we are located in Annathanapatti Linemedu, Salem, I am flexible regarding the delivery format and am open to home visits at my location, traveling to a studio, or beginning with online classes.
